To further enhance the efficiency of inspection and
testing services and optimize customer experience, Shanghai Biomaterials
Research & Testing Center will officially launch the electronic report
service function starting from August 1, 2025. The relevant details
are hereby announced as follows:
I. Service Upgrade Details
Starting from August 1, 2025, the
center will by default deliver test results in electronic report format and
will no longer provide paper reports proactively (unless specifically
requested).
II. Advantages of Electronic Reports
1. Efficiency & Convenience: Reports will be sent via email to the customer’s designated address, enabling access and download anytime, anywhere.
2. Eco-Friendly: Reduces paper consumption, aligning with sustainable development principles.
3. Legal Validity: Electronic reports have the same legal validity as paper reports and can be used for registration, filing, and other purposes.
4. Security & Reliability: Digital certificate encryption technology,
along with permission management and encryption measures, ensures report
security.
III. Service Instructions
1. Electronic reports will be provided by
default. If a paper report is required, please specify this when
submitting the testing application.
2. We recommend using an official institutional
or organizational email address to receive electronic reports.
